Highttown lake track will be closed to vehicles for Thursday 16th of January for a internet cable to be installed.

"Davis Tackle will be closed 26th & 27th December while Nigel and Helen take a brief and well-earned break. The fishery will remain open to Ringwood & District Angling Club members who will only need to show their membership card on the bank and will not need to get an additional ticket from the shop. The shop will be back to normal opening hours on Saturday 28th December when the usual procedure will recommence. The fishery will be closed on Christmas Day."

At the estate's request Throop Beat 2 will be closed on the morning of the 26th of October Re opening after 1pm.

The good news is that no bank cutting will take place below the first sluices coming from the stable end so the lower section will stay as it is.
