Due to an increase in members we will be suspending new memberships from May 1st until at the earliest July 1st. We do not allow guest tickets during the river close season and we will not be allowing guest tickets until at the earliest July 1st.
Renewals will continue as usual, once your membership has expired you are not allowed on our waters. We allow 30 days for memberships to be renewed without charging the late payment fee. During the membership suspension any member whose membership renewal is over 30 days late will not be allowed to renew and will have to rejoin the club when new membership applications are resumed.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT OUR MEMBERS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FISH THIS FISHERY ON OUR MEMBERSHIP BOOK. WE PAID THE LEASE LAST JULY FOR 12 MONTHS , THE FISHERY CHANGED OWNERS IN NOVEMBER. WE WEREN'T INFORMED OF THE CHANGE AND THE NEW OWNERS DO NOT WANT TO RENEW OUR AGREEMENT OR CARRY ON WITH THE ONE IN PLACE AS IT WAS AGREED WITH THE PREVIOUS OWNERS.
In line with Angling Trust guidelines all our waters (where allowed) will be open for night fishing on Monday 29th March. NO entry onto the fisheries until 07:00am on that day.
Repairs are being carried out to the footpath on the stream bank of Hightown Lake starting Monday February 1st. The work will last approximately 14 days and the footpath will be closed to the public. Our members can still access this bank but certain swims may not be available whilst the contractors are working in their vicinity. Please adhere to the contractors instructions during this period.
In light of new Government restrictions coming with the third COVID-19 lockdown, all RDAA venues will be closing from 10am 06.01.21. Members must be away from all venues by this time and locks will be changed until further notice. Please do not access any venue for any reason until otherwise informed.
