A few anglers have been caught entering Throop beat 2 early and leaving late, they have had their cards removed.
No entrance to the fishery on beat 2 until 06-30am and no exit from the fishery after time shown in book and on clock at school bridge, your card will be removed if you break these rules - no excuses. We will not jeopardise our lease through the actions of a few members who think rules don't apply to them.
