Royalty Fishery

‘Please be aware that there is no access under the railway bridge on the west bank of the fishery until Friday 2nd October. The Avon Valley Footpath is also closed. This is due to ongoing works on the bridge itself. As of Friday, access under the bridge will be possible with the combination code issued with your ticket or club book. Please ensure the gates are closed and locked behind you.
The anglers car park on Mill Road is still closed until further notice. Apologies for the inconvenience caused by both.
One thing that will be open this week is pike fishing as of the 1st October. The fishery opens at 07.30am, please do not arrive earlier as this may block Avon Buildings. As always, every angler must have an adequate landing net, unhooking mat and be using traces – good luck!
We have had a few issues with members especially younger members not following the rules on the Royalty, please read your membership book specific to the water you are fishing. If you do not follow the rules you are at risk of losing your membership.
