The stretch consists of 400 yards of double bank fishing downstream of Hale bridge and 400 yards of single bank fishing upstream of the bridge.
The stretch is noted for barbel, chub and roach catches and is also available for trout and salmon fishing.

There will be work on the riverbank this Saturday 26th until early afternoon so expect some noise and disruption. Thank you, Richard.
